Gladiator yoga class
Nick has linked the postures back to original fighting style he believes the mountain sages were using to train for battle. Many postures are very similar to grappling moves and using a spear, staff and other weapons for battle. This is a full class for yogi’s that know the postures well enough to keep up. Beginner Gladiator class
This class is for the beginner yogi. We will go over each posture slowly to feel the integrity of the posture and its energetic qualities. This will give your body a chance to relax and breath into each position. I will come around and help make adjustments with verbal ques. You will be able to pick up the flow much faster in the full series and get the most out of your practice by taking this class.
In order to cement your practice and ingrain it in your being the morning spiritual practice is taking the next step to liberation. In the hours before dawn the channels are open to the cosmos and all karma’s will be covered and the door to freedom will open for you. The hardest part is showing up, after that are day will be filled with bliss.
Yogic meditation class
When you control the breath you control the mind. We will first clear our energy with a strong breathing meditation that will reset your breathing patterns for the day and also help you into a deep state of relaxing meditation. Then we will finish with a silent meditation to give you deeper sense of the space between your thoughts. Meditation opens the door to freedom.
Mantras (1 hour classes)
Mantras, when spoken or chanted, direct the healing power of Prana (life force energy).The word mantra can be broken down into two parts: “man,” which means mind, and “tra,” which means transport or vehicle. In other words, a mantra is an instrument of the mind—a powerful sound or vibration that you can use to enter a deep state of meditation. Like a seed planted with the intention of blossoming into a beautiful flower, a mantra can be thought of as a seed for energizing an intention. Much in the same way you plant a flower seed, you plant mantras in the fertile soil of practice. You nurture them and over time they bear the fruit of your intention.

Experiencing energy for the first time
We have forgotten that we are 9 foot spheres of light that vibrate at certain frequencies to resonate a physical body. Let’s work on recognizing the maya (illusion) and feel energy and how it flows and how to direct it. In this exercise we will start to become aware of our field of energy and how to focus it on healing and balancing ourselves.
Empower yourself with chakra alignment. We will go over the seven chakras and the aura(the eighth chakra). Become aware of the flow of energy. Learn techniques to balance yourself everyday by using intention and divine light.
Yogic self-healing second class
We will work together in a group to connect our chakras and experience healing energy moving through all of us as one. When two or more come together the energy is amplified exponentially helping us clear deeper blocks. I will also give techniques to cut cords between you and other energetic beings that you’re having trouble letting go of.
Using your yogic healing in every encounter
Now that we are awakening to our energetic body we can use the intention to walk blissfully through the day and make every encounter and obstacle seem effortless. You can even change the outcomes of big decisions and expand other people’s energy to be a more positive encounter. I will also give you a prayer to say every morning to transform your physical body to divine light.
Introduction to your spirit guides and guardian angel
You have four guides and an angel in training helping you in the next dimension. We will do a meditation on what they look like, learn each of their names and what each does for you so that you know who to ask for help. Start building your team of helpers and healers in the spirit realms.
Astral light temple meditation
We will start with a breathing meditation to slow things down tune in and relax a go into a meditative state where I guide you to the astral temple of light with the seven pillars of light. This is a gateway to opening up to the cosmic man.
Receiving a healing atonement
Healing techniques are shifting from symbols and objects to direct healing from the masters. Come sit with me and I will transmit a healing vibration straight from the source so that your eternal spirit will remember it and be able to save it for healing others. The key to expanding on joy is doing the creator’s work of spreading love. As you become a channel for healing it flows through you first. Distance healing through the ether also included. This will be a small class and I must qualify you first with these other classes and a regular yoga practice.
Get a better understanding of the laws of the universe and start intentionally manifesting greatness in all you do. We will start with a personal manifestation meditation and then come together and manifest as a group and share our results each week.
Past life regression class
We are eternal spirits of energy and frequency. We come down to earth to raise the consciousness of the planet to a higher vibration. Use past lives to help you understand who you are now by remembering who you were. Some experiences in other lives can stay with you to this life, recognizing it is the first step to the healing process.
Personal healing sessions
Spend some one on one time healing with Dev Bhajan Singh as we open you up and let you feel expansion and remember what it feels like to be whole again. We will talk to your guides and ask for their guidance in healing.
Thai yoga massage
This is a an incredible energy healing done with your yoga clothes on as I move your limbs and expand your energy. This a one on one healing session.

We now practice this sacred method of healing contact with reverence and love both for those who preserved it and those who we practice with.

From ego to Christ consciousness in an hour.
The quickest way to lose oneness is with judgement. Recognizing where you are on my diagram from ego to expansion will help you be aware of how you are judging and perceiving your life Maya(illusion) in this physical form. Once we determine where you are we can work you out of a contracted state of ego to complete expansion. Expansion and judgement cannot be held in the same hands.
Life bliss meditation
This is an intense hour of breathing with intentions to unclutch from the mind and move beyond it. This is a favorite of mine from a lineage of yogi’s 5000 year old.
Learn how to pray to the angels
The Essene’s of Nazarene gave us a structure of prayer. I will show you how to pray to the 7 Angels of the earthly mother in the morning and the Heavenly father and his seven Angels in the evening. I will reveal a hidden truth I have found that has incredible power when you use it with intention. This sect of Jewish people and the way they prayed is very similar to native american culture.
Take a second to see how deep your breathing and you’ll realize you’re only using a quarter of your lung capacity. Your creative thoughts come on the inhale. If you think about a subject and only breath out it becomes very difficult. With these techniques we can reset your breathing patterns by reprogramming your muscle contractions to full inhale and equally full exhales. This gives martial artists a huge advantage on the mat. In yoga when you are put in stressful poses and breath extremely heavy it helps with life circumstances as well. Being aware of your breath and how to stay calm in every situation allows you keep learning in trying times.
Native American flute class
The native american flute is a powerful tool for clearings. This class gives you some basics to playing the flute and explains how to use it as a healing tool to clear chakras and clearing sacred space. Preregister for the class and I will bring flutes to buy for 75 each.
