Competing for over 20 years in the Volkstyle, Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling, Judo, boxing, Aikido and Jujitsu. Training with Legends like Gene Mills, Chris Campbell, Jamie Gleason, Kevin Jackson, and many other World and Olympic champions.
Nick has linked the postures back to original fighting style he believes the mountain sages were using to train for battle. Many postures are very similar to grappling moves and using a spear, staff and other weapons for battle.
